1st time staying at the Oakwood. It was more than I bargained for. The staff were tremendously polite and efficient - from check-in to the restaurant to check-out. Key was delivered to me while I had lunch, waiting for my room to be ready. The bed and pillows were very comfortable it was difficult to wake up the next morning. Breakfast spread was sufficient as I am not one for too many selections.

It was actually beyond our expectations. Super nice and fancy. Very comfortable, too. Due to its location that is above Kuningan Mall, it's easy if you wanna buy anything. The house is very clean and the staff would help you if there's any issues raised. There is a lot of storage for the closet in the master bedroom.

Very good location for family. 20-30 min to and from Soetta Airport. Near to shopping mall and easy access to public transport. Playground, pool and also gym are available. We had a pleasant stay here! The owner is also nice, helpful and give us many important information about laundry, convenience store, recommended foods around the apartment. We would love to come back and stay here!
