Clean room with private toilet and towels provided. The location is great if you want to visit Tikal since it is closer than Flores. The host is lovely, she arranged the transportation to Tikal for us. She also offers laundry service. The veranda with plants is peaceful. There is a common kitchen to use and she provided us with coffee. There is coffee machine and stove.

The accomodation is simple but spacious and clean, free amazing coffee, and here you'll have the feeling to be in a real homestay in a real guatemala village to base yourself for Tikal, instead of being in the Flores tourist bubble.

Great location directly on the lake: hood swimming and spectacular sunsets! Quiet at night and felt very safe and relaxed. Super easy access to Tikal and Yaxha.
