This is a great little hotel for family or business travelers. I was there with my toddler and a friend, and we were very comfortable in a ground-level room. Street noise was not a problem. Room was modern (but not soulless) with some cute touches, had black-out curtains, and a spacious sleeping and bathroom area. Bed was comfortable. Basement level has shared work/living/eating space with fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. Cute outdoor space as well in the back. The app used to enter/exit worked perfectly.

Also very easy access to all the sights; Chritiane and her family are very helpful, and knowledgeable of the area; We stayed for 2 nights, had a lovely breakfast of fresh coffee ,juice, croissants jams served on the upstairs terrace with views of the sea and the very famous Basilica de la Notre Dame de la Garde; I would highly recommend this property, which also has a lovely pool, in well tended and comfortable gardens;
