The breakfast provisions provided ie. croissants butter jam etc were unexpected and much appreciated as we had an early tour the following day. Having a self contained apartment was great especially having a washing machine and being located next to a laundromat meant we could dry our clothes in good time. The apartment is well appointed with everything we needed.

The location was super central, a few minutes walk from everything. The apartment was good, we had enough space and it was clean. Also the facilities of the apartment were good, such as electric outlets and lights. Most importantly, the staff were nice and kind, helping us with our issues and even giving us a small souvenir. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. The location was perfect, close and to everything. The garage was clean and spacious. The owner was extremely helpful with tips on restaurants and shopping.. It was a perfect 3 day stopover. We would highly recommend it to any future visitors to Oviedo.

The apartment was really clean and well maintained. A lovely lady welcomed us and showed us the apartment. Parking was only 4 minutes walk away at the cost of 17 euros per day.

Loved the place, warm, clean and good facilities like WiFi, small lounge, Netflix and prime, excellant kitchen. Apart from a nightmare to park in the area(suggest you use their garage if you have a car). Good communication. Room 4 might have a smallish bed for 2 but I was alone. Place is newly furnished and very modern and clean. I was alone so it was even nicer in the apartment with 4 rooms. It's on the second floor with lift apt C as I had problems understanding instructions. Highly recommended. Bus stop 50m walk to town and a €1.20 cost and 20mins.
