It's a perfect place not just for spending the night, and it's located right in front of the tram station that connects Essen and Gelsenkirchen, and also right across the entrance of Zollverein.

The apartment is nice and clean, a free parking space is a big plus. When there were problems with heating, Paul quickly solved them. The nearest supermarket is about a 10-minute walk away, a tram stop is a few meters from the house
