Everything was perfect, the apartment really feels like home with everything someone would need: Clean, huge and comfortable bed, spacious room, looot of closets, wash-machine ( including 2 bottles of detergent), good temperature and silence inside the room... Also the location is great, next to 2 metro stations and lot of restaurants around. Besides, all the staff are really friendly, can speak english and are always willing to help. If I come back to Beijing, I woul not even look for another place, I will stay here 100% sure

I strongly recommend this guest house for all with special diets ( vegetarian etc.), The chef always found a solution to my dietary concerns - and for the best coffee in Beijing (photos in a gallery). I needed to attend meetings of German time, I do appreciate a lot that I could use an extra room for working at late night. The internet connection was much faster in this guest house than in hotels in Beijing. I was amazed how quiet the place was, this is exactly what one needs on vacation. The friendly attitude of the guest house team is exceptional, definitely I will come back again!

Their cat... It was clean and communication with them was easy. Because they replies so fast. And hosts was so cute and helpful.they recommended me many things, places and foods. Location was so near with everything. Supermarket,mall, food restaurant and subway station was so close too. They helped me how to buy the ticket of train and metro card.

Excellent choice of accommodation in downtown Beijing. The apartment is well kept and fitted with all the essentials, whether it's for a short stay or longer term stay. Clean and welcoming, there is a nice communal dining area where you can just chill or gather with friends. Our apartment is fitted with a humidifier and washing machine, which is great in the dry season and a convenient feature since we could do our laundry since we travel light. We felt really welcomed and really appreciated the warm and friendly services from all the staff members from the reception to housekeeping to security staff. Special shoutout to Catherine, who took extra attention to make sure our stay was the most comfortable. Without a doubt, our stay at Base in Beijing is definitely the best in our 2-week trip in China. For this one night stay, we picked their Sanlitun residence as it is near to Dongzhimen Bus Station, where we took an early morning bus to Gubei Watertown by Simatai Great Wall. Location wise, it's really convenient both for public transport

Location is great! A few meters for entrance to subway exit D Tuanjiehu, 10mins walk to Tai Koo Li and Soho, close to pacific century plaza where it has access from subway, lots of restaurants with grocery.

Property is in a nice and quiet neighborhood, close to metro station, we loved staying there and when we come back to Beijing, we will book this place again.

I love this place because it has the right price The apartment is well located and conveniently accessible. There is a big shopping mall next to us. We have tasted a lot of Chinese food, and the best thing is within walking distance. The landlord is very friendly and gives us lots of good travel advice.
