The apartment is located very close to the park and the city center - few minutes walk. It is located on the 6th floor, but there is an elevator. Being on the last floor it gets a little bit warm but there is an AC in the living room. There is a private parking space. The host was great, helped us with all our requests quickly. We stayed twice, as a intermediary stop on our way to Greece and we totally recommend it.
