This is a very well equipped appartment in the Center of Spa. Everything one could imagine for a pleasant stay is there. Shops and Restaurants are within short walking distance. For the summer there is a nice terrace with a grill. Justine was very cooperative and quick for a little changement we asked for. Parking is included, only about 50 meters away. We absolutely recommend it! During the daytime, there is some traffic in the street, but only bath- an bedroom are on the street side. And the windows are new and well insulated. At night it was absolutely quiet.

Apartment is clean, nicely decorated and big. Every household item you have at home is available (dishwasher, coffee-machine, oven, ect..) . All of the items are clean, new and easy to use. The hosts are very helpful, they setup a baby-bed beforehand. The apartment gets plenty of light from two sides that have big windows. Also has two balconies to sit and have some coffee or wine. We will certainly visit again, this time without the kids. Thank you Annie and Philippe for this pleasant stay.

The host is one of the kindest hosts I've ever met. She is understanding, patient and extremely flexible and helpful. She was available at all times and was keen to help whenever she could! The apartment was really nice, as described, has a microwave and fridge and water boiler. It was extremely clean and the heating worked perfectly for the cold days. Breakfast is served every morning which is sufficient to get you going! Free coffee pads and tea are available and the fridge is full of items you could purchase in case of emergency!

It’s in the middle of Spa, very good location, walking distance from shops, restaurants and the casino. There is no dedicated parking space, but you can easily find free spaces around the loft, and it’s also free! It’s in a quiet and very secure location. Vincent is very friendly, he let us check in earlier!😁

I have been going to the Spa Francorchamps for many years and stayed in various hotels etc. This is , by far, THE BEST PLACE I ever stayed in Spa. You feel at home, this says it all. The owners will do anything to make your stay as confortable and nice as it possible can. I recommend the Villa Sparadis to anybody. I am going back in September for the DTM race...... First of all, the apartment designed very nicely. Very comfortable communication with Benjamin the owner. The apartment is well equipped, there is everything you need for your stay: refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, plates, realy all you need. There is no parking problem, if there is no parking near the apartment, there is on the near streets. There is a very close supermarket, where you can buy groceries. The location is also close to Germany and Netherlands borders (40 min drive by car).
