A very nice family runs this guesthouse and made us feel very welcomed! The room and bathroom were very clean. Only 10 minutes walking to the center of Gyumri and there’s an excellent local restaurant nearby. We appreciated the coffee and fresh apricots on arrival! There’s a nice garden and covered area with a table to relax too.

We really liked our stay close to gyumri city enter, our hosts made everything to make us comfortable and provided us with extended tips and adresses to explore the city. The room was fresh which was definitely a plus in the july heat! Also the bed was really comfortable, it wasnt too soft, we slept so well!

Dear Arusik, thank You for your exceptional hospitality! The location is perfect, close to everything and silent at the same time. Everything was spotless clean, very cozy, had all the amenities you would need for shorter, or longer stay. We were greeted with wide smiles, very delicious gata, on the second day best coffee we had in Armenia and we enjoyed our stay. On the first day when we arrived it was raining, so we enjoyed staying inside a lot. It was colder than usually, but the heating was on for our comfort. We appreciate people speaking English here, it is not popular language, and many places do not communicate in English, but Arusik spoke great English and her smile was very heartwarming! Very recommended, you do not find these guest house often ❤️
