Communication with Klaudja was very good, she answered quick and correct. She was in person to hand us the keys and to explain everything. The room was very clean and big enough for us 3. Nice extras where Dutch tv channels, a fruit basket and paper slippers. The location is near perfect, quiet but close to supermarkets, cafe's, restaurants and within walking distance of the big square and other todo places in Tirana. There's a private parking spot on a parking nearby, most time there people are there to help you as it's a small parking and your spot can be taken but don't worry it's always solved quickly and with a smile. Driving in Albania can be very challenging, get information about this before you rent a car if you're not an experienced driver. (Also Klaudja can rent a car for you if you want)

The whole apartment was extremly clean. Staff is very respectfull and ready to help 24h . They allowed me to extend stay for 1h as i needed to finish my online conference.I really enjoyed my stay and i suggest this place for everyone who want to stay in Tirana . Thanks to the staff.
