Kilauea House is set in Volcano, 18 km from Kilauea, 45 km from Pana'ewa Rainforest Zoo, as well as 49 km from University of Hawaii, Hilo. Perfect location for exploring the Volcano National Park. Beautiful room, very well equipped and the breakfast was exceptional. The hosts were very helpful and I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely peaceful location near the coast, super quiet. Great amenities, the laundry room of stuff to borrow was great - the cool box was really useful on day trips! Andy was super friendly and provided us tips on local spots to visit and gave us detailed directions and checking in instructions

Boasting a balcony with sea views, a private beach area and water sports facilities, Ma'ukele Lodge can be found in Pahoa, close to Kaimu Beach and 21 km from Lava Tree State Monument. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. The room is rustic, but a great way to experience Island life. This was an unexpectedly wonderful jewel. Breakfasts were fabulous.

Offering a garden and mountain view, Coffee Garden is set in Captain Cook, 6.9 km from Kealakekua Bay State Historical Park and 7.4 km from Kealakekua Bay. The hosts were so nice and welcoming. I immediately felt very comfortable. The place is very relaxing, the view from the studio with huge glass doors was amazing out to the beautiful garden with many different colorful pretty flowers with the ocean on the horizon. I loved the very tasty fruits from the huge garden and sitting on the porch to enjoy the tranquil surroundings. I can very much recommend this place. Especially if you want to unwind.

Iao Valley Inn features river views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Wailuku, 3.2 km from Iao Valley State Park. Great place. Good breakfast prepared the day before which allows to have breakfast at your own time. Very quiet and peaceful place. Easy to reach any part of the island.

We loved our stay here! The room was spotless and Tomami cleaned it every day while we were out. Hand made breakfast was also included which we got to eat in a small breakfast nook with ocean views. This B and B was paradise.

Situated just outside of Hakalau, 20 km from Hilo, Mahana House Country Inn is a non-smoking property and features ocean views, free WiFi access, and free private parking. The Ocean View Suite was very, very pretty, it was super clean, we had lots of room and there was everything what you need including a small kitchen with a fridge inside the room but also a bigger kitchen for everyone. We had a very nice stay here and would definitely come back. Also the bathroom and the bed and everything else had a very high standard and in total this was the best stay we had in Hawaii. Welcoming and warm atmosphere thanks to Diana. Amenities were very clean. We met some wonderful guests at the house.
