Turned up to all the normal necessities plus a loaf of bread, a loaf of gache, 1 litre of milk and 500g pack of Guernsey butter. I really appreciated and loved that. There is also a little shed at the entrance of the car park where you can buy fresh eggs and a mixture of other fresh produce.

My husband, my elderly mother and I had a fantastic week at Ilex Lodge. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The beds and bedding were so comfortable, and everything we needed was there for us. There were even lovely touches such as a loaf of local raisin bread and a bunch of fresh local flowers that made me smile. The lodge is in lovely gardens and I really appreciated the trees, birdsong and flowers just outside the windows. It is an easy, pleasant walk into the heart of St Peter Port and the harbour, so Ilex Lodge is in a fantastic location, close to town, but quiet and peaceful. The three of us arrived exhausted and desperately in need of a holiday, and left rejuvenated and recovered. It was exactly the holiday we needed. Thank you so much.

Located in St Peter Port, the capital of Guernsey, The Albany Apartments offer self-catering accommodation that features free WiFi, free on-site parking and an outdoor pool. We were a party of 4 adults staying here for 10 nights in June. The apartment was perfect for us, each couple had their own bedroom with en-suite shower room. It was very comfortable & had everything we needed for a very comfortable home from home stay, a separate kitchen plus a lounge/diner with TV. We were blessed with great weather & made full use of the balcony & the lovely heated pool. It was a bonus to have pool & beach towels provided. Although we walked to the centre of town most days we made use of the bus service on our return as it was quite a climb, saying that though the bus stop was only a couple of minutes from the property. Tracey kindly gave us each a Puffin card which we loaded with credit on the bus & for 75p per person per trip were able to get around the island very easily from that bus stop.

Just a 6-minute drive to the town of St Peter Port, and walking distance to Guernsey’s south-coast bays and cliffs, The Ellingham Cottages has 12 two and three-bedroom holiday cottages. Close to the beauty spots in the south of the island. Cottages were clean and comfortable. Cottages were very quiet.

Located in St Pierre du Bois and only less than 1 km from L'Eree Beach, Beau Vallon Holiday Apartments provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The most comfortable beds we have ever slept in whilst away, the linen was pure cotton white, crisp clean and so comfortable. The apartment was spotless, the towels are soft. We didn’t use the oven but it was spotlessly clean. Everything was perfect and very comfortable.

Situated 10 minutes' walk from St. Peter Port town centre, Marton Guest House features terraced woodland gardens for guests to relax in. The breakfast was excellent, the location was a little too far up the hill. We have been to Guernsey previously but had forgotten how steep that hill is. However it did not spoil our holiday. Boasting an enviable location by the sea and 2 minutes’ drive from Saint Julian’s Pier, locally known as North Beach, St Georges is a family-run guest house with free Wi-Fi. Key left out for us on arrival, we were weather delayed for 24 hours, all was nil contact, Covid etc, met the owner next morning, couldn't be more helpful.

Situated in Castel, in a historic building, 1.2 km from Cobo Beach, The Lodge - Studio Apartment's is an apartment with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and garden. Very comfortable, had everything we needed and more! Great big bathroom with good shower. Nice patio

Offering a terrace and seasonal outdoor pool, Del Mar Court is set in the St Martin district of Guernsey, within just a km from Fermain Bay. There is free WiFi and free onsite parking available. Everything. Excellent facilities, bed etc all perfect and a Complimentary Guernsey Gauche on our arrival was a lovely touch.
