Treasured the breathtaking expansive black sand beach surrounded by mountains and basically having it to ourselves. Peacefulness. Roberto (and his cute dogs) are attentive hosts. He proudly provided a fine dining experience. This was a very natural experience in the outdoor bungalow, beach and tropical grounds compared to the large chain resorts that we normally stay at. Loved the very memorable two days there and great overall value.

Boasting a bar and views of sea, Cruzeiro Guest House is a recently renovated guest house situated in São Filipe, a few steps from Sao Filipe Beach. The property features city and quiet street views. Having a room towards the sea... just great. Sunset on the balcony. View towards Brava island. Breakfast on the top terrace... nice, but rather simple (well, fresh Papaya were super!). Nice people at the reception... no word in english... but we understood each other perfectly ! Reservation and payment without any problems. They sent a taxi to the airport to pick us up.

Nice terrace to chill and a beautiful view for the sunset. Albino is a great host, helps you with whatever you need.. highly recommend

Perfect appartment: spacious, new, comfortable, well equipped. With a nice view over Brava and in a quiet location. Friendly and helpful owners. Could be a good place to stay for a longer time (and it is big enough for 6 people).

Nice large room, basic furniture but adequate and practical, fairly quiet, clean and tidy. The hotel has charm as does the entire town of Sao Felipe. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is basic but adequate. Restaurant service at the sister hotel very slow at times.
