We loved this place. We've stayed in SoBe many times and this is our new favorite. Loved the pool being right off the living room. Lots of nice touches like a bottle of wine, plenty of Nespresso pods and toiletries. The location is 100% and we like the cafe downstairs too.

Great location 10 minutes from ocean drive Heartwarming welcome Free parking We had the room with a superb terrace The room is spacious with a nice bathroom The common areas are very nice with a large kitchen It seems that the breakfast is excellent but as we were leaving early to catch a plane, the owner arranged to have a takeaway breakfast prepared for us. Air conditioning is common so it is not possible to adjust it at your convenience The rooms are quite close so you have to hope that the other tenants are not too noisy I highly recommend this accommodation !!

Excellent location, the walking distance to a good beach is a must; plenty of beach equipment provided as well, including kids beach toys, which are a must for families! Comfortable and spacious apartment, very well equipped kitchen. Nice pool with lots of umbrellas and chairs.

There are close by restaurants that had great and varied food options. The amenities and the people were great. Great location. The suite was clean and with great views.
