the apartment had really modern touches -one could tell that they invested a lot in the instalations and the lighting -sea view -self check in with a code provided beforehand -it was really quiet -the kitchen was fully equipped -the toiletries were not single use -both rooms had balconies

Room was nice and comfortable, host is very friendly and answers all the questions really fast. Stuff is exceptional, room was astonishingly clean, shining and well prepared. We even decided to stay one day longer because we loved the place so much! Bathroom smells good and is kept exceptionally clean, looks more like a 4 star hotel then a guesthouse! Everything was working fine, climatisation was good but window is protected from bugs so you can keep it open and its not even necessary to turn climatisation on. Guesthouse has a kitchen and a washing machine, we didn't use them but other guests told us it works well too. There was even tea and cofee that we could use for a breakfast if we wanted! There are good restaurants and a nice lake close to the place, also there is a beach and some party venues, close enough to join but far enough to rest without being disturbed. The only downside is that it is quite far from the city center, but there is public communication and air is a lot better in this part of the town compairing to city center, so it's kind of worth it! I would really, strongly advise to stay here for anyone going to explore Constanţa or rest by the sea. Super quality for a really just value! Thank you guys from Casa David!

Very nice and clean apartment! Perfectly located close to the sea, what can be a good benefit during summer time. The Host was very friendly, communication was easy and smooth. In apartment you can find all what you need even a child crib. Own parking place is available. Only one think, ask host to send you location if you are going by taxi or privat car, booking showing wrong location.

The apartment was great! 8th floor, spacious balcony, sea view, huge windows to enjoy the view, comfortable beds, one smaller than the other though, air conditioning in every room, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher...we couldn't open the key box at arrival, apparently the key inside was blocking the ledge from inside...within 5 mins of us communicating the problem, someone came, and another 20 mins a second person arrived with another key, so we could get in while they took the key box apart. Great service and communication. Thank you!

The property is splendid. From the entrance to the balconies, the interior design is gorgeous in every detail. The layout in our apartment was perfectly elaborated. The rooms, furniture, equipment, etc., were new and ideally clean. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, including a coffee machine with a supply of capsules. The beds and the sofa are very comfortable. All linens and towels were white, soft, and of good quality. The overall atmosphere is very hospitable. We felt right at home from the very beginning. As a big plus, there is free parking in the basement. Thus, cars are protected from the sun and heat. The location is very advantageous. It is a ten-minute walk to the nearest beach and five minutes to a grocery and a number of cafés and restaurants. The host was brilliant. She reacted promptly and helped us with everything we needed. Moreover, after we drove away and had almost reached Bucharest, from where we were going to leave Romania, a cleaning team found that our daughter had left her spectacles in the apartment. In such a difficult situation the host not only managed to find an opportunity to pass over the glasses the same day with a driver, but she also coordinated the logistics until we successfully received the parcel.

What a gem! The building is beautiful and the room very spacious. Location is perfect if you want a beach day: cross the road, walk down some stairs and there you are. The owner is lovely and made me feel welcome. And she left a sweet surprise (cake) at my door the first night. It's an amazing place!

Amazing location, the room is big and spacious. The view is amazing, the bathroom is really big. The beach is nearby and there are a lot of restaurants there. I totally recommend this place! Love it
