The APART-HOTEL is really wonderful. We were a family of three and had booked a two bedroom Apartment (it turned out to be number 4 B). For those of us who are not familiar with the term ‘lateral view’, it means that the sea is very much visible from the window in all its glory, you just have to gaze at it a bit sideways out of the window. I think Apartments designated ‘A’ would have a full frontal view – somehow it was not very clear on Booking.Com website. Not that it mattered, really. The Apartment has two fullsized bedrooms, both with a king-size bed. One of the bedrooms has a door which can be closed for perfect privacy. The other bedroom is an extension (or a part) of the living room/kitchenette. Kitchenette is very well appointed with an electric heating range, coffee maker, utensils, fridge and washing machine. The bathroom is large and fully functional. The sea is not only visible but is also easily accessible from the Apartment. You just have to cross the road and walk on the beach for about 100m to reach the water. The very vibrant old Town is just around the corner – say, about 200-300m. Surroundings of the hotel are decent and nice. There is no Reception in the hotel. You will be just given a code for the main door and for your Apartment door – that’s it! A lady will, however, come in the late afternoon to change the sheets etc. That’s all the human contact that you would have! A lovely place to stay in Constanta.

First and foremost, the host was very accommodating and friendly. Check-in and check-out process was fully automated and they walk you through all of it. Really good location, just couple minutes on walk to numerous restaurants and pubs. Good price for the space and residence. Facility was secure, spacious and clean. Loved the full kitchen and fridge.

Although the apartment consisted of only one large room, it felt very spacious. It felt modern, had quality furnishings and it was clean. The sleeping area was cleverly and tastefully separated from the the kitchen and dining area. The whole apartment is very tastefully decorated. It was easy to feel very comfortable. Nicole, the owner, who lives close by, was very friendly. It was quiet. It only takes minutes to get to the beach or the town centre. There is a very large Mega Image Supermarket just around the corner.

Room was nice and comfortable, host is very friendly and answers all the questions really fast. Stuff is exceptional, room was astonishingly clean, shining and well prepared. We even decided to stay one day longer because we loved the place so much! Bathroom smells good and is kept exceptionally clean, looks more like a 4 star hotel then a guesthouse! Everything was working fine, climatisation was good but window is protected from bugs so you can keep it open and its not even necessary to turn climatisation on. Guesthouse has a kitchen and a washing machine, we didn't use them but other guests told us it works well too. There was even tea and cofee that we could use for a breakfast if we wanted! There are good restaurants and a nice lake close to the place, also there is a beach and some party venues, close enough to join but far enough to rest without being disturbed. The only downside is that it is quite far from the city center, but there is public communication and air is a lot better in this part of the town compairing to city center, so it's kind of worth it! I would really, strongly advise to stay here for anyone going to explore Constanţa or rest by the sea. Super quality for a really just value! Thank you guys from Casa David!

placed in front of the sea with a magnificent view, everything was perfect starting with the first contact with the host, the access and the location. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. We had a first stay of 3 weeks then we returned for a second stay because we loved!

The property is fabulous, starting from the building entrance, the garage and the interiors. Everything is spotless clean, extremely modern, secure and welcoming. The apartment has absolutely everything one can imagine, luxurious and comfortable. The beach and the city center is within walking distance. The area is quiet and beautiful. The checkin and checkout were smooth and Ms Ana made our stay excellent. I will not stay anywhere else from now on when I visit Constanta.
