This hotel is authentic, our triple room had flair and was overlooking the yard. The couple taking care of us was very warm and accommodating, especially with the meals, as it was one vegetarian person in the family. We stood 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. The food was every day different and plenty. The price for the meals is different, it depends if it is vegetarian, it contains cheese, or fish or meat. Lake Titicaca is a flight of stairs away an there is a nice beach and clear water to take a dip (water temperature 10-12 degree). There are nice walks on the hills nearby to viewpoints and small ruins.

The island is home to the family that runs the lodge. they was all extremely friendly and helpful. we felt like a part of the family by the time we left.

The place was great! The host was super helpful with coordinating our way onto the island and a tour around the Uros islands too. The food was amazing and it was overall a very great value. Even had wifi!

The most beautiful were for sure the family and people who host Maya Inn. Thank you so much for the great hospitability I received. <3 Close to the bus station and lake Titicaca as well as puerto. And only 10 mins walk to Plaza de Armas and all restaurants, bars, banks.
