The location was perfect, such a nice area to stay if you go to Tioman, really quite and peaceful. They are also very environmentally conscious, what I really liked. I have visited quite a few islands in Malaysia already and I was a bit disappointed with how dirty the beaches were, how much plastic you could see floating in the sea and how little people cared about their nature. But fortunately, this was not the case, at least in this side of the island. Everything was really clean and well preserved. They even told us to turn off the torch while we were walking on the beach at night not to disturb the turtle's nests.

Stayed here for 2 nights, and the place was in a secluded village. It was very peaceful and was a perfect place for a relaxing stay. The host is super friendly and accommodating and will try to meet all your requests as best as possible. This spot would be perfect for those seeking to do their open divers course. There are a lot of dive centers within a very short walking distance. The room is basic but super clean. No daily cleaning services but it was good enough for a comfortable stay.

This is basically a cat hotel but the cats are the hosts. If they ever take over world domination, it will be by petting us like I was at Cabana B & B. Their main quarter is a well chosen location. It is basically directly at the beach, a seven min walk from the port and twelve min from the 'city center'/main shops/ only ATM. The sealife just in front of the cat hotel is as vivid as any you might find on your snorkeling trip to any other smaller islands around. And btw, renting snorkeling gear is for free. The cats feed you a limited but quality free breakfast and good value meals to throw some extra mice at them. I ended up cleaning the tables pretending to help but actually praising the left overs in the upstairs bar with hammocks and smooth Jazz tunes. The dorm was cleaned daily, basic but surprisingly comfortable. If cat world domination is on the horizon, I can not wait to watch the sunsets on it.

I like their cleanliness and well equipped chalet with basic amenities. Rooms are squeaky clean by the time we check in. Beds & pillow are comfy. Staff are very helpful, despite the chaos of about missing our ferry to mainland on last day. They are willing to send us to kg tekek. Greatly appreciated and grateful for their hospitality. Would come again in future. Thank youu ❤️
