Everything was very clean, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good as well. The location is quiet but still close to the boat station and Venice old town, thus, perfect for both sightseeing and beach days.

En especial la excelente atención de Petra, que nos ha resuelto cualquier duda que tuviéramos (barcos que coger para llegar antes a un sitio, lugares interesantes para visitar), incluso nos acercó las maletas el último día en coche desde la parada de Lido dónde teníamos que irnos hacia el aeropuerto. Las habitaciones del hotel son espaciosas, modernas, bien decoradas y todas dan a la playa de Murazzi. El desayuno es variado (tiene zumos de 4 sabores, varios tés, café o cacao y toast, croissants o galletas, todo es ecológico excepto la bollería, pero que no es industrial, sino que la compra en una pastelería de calidad que conoce). La ubicación del hotel para quienes no quieran estar en el mismo corazón de Venecia está muy bien, este barrio llamado Lido ofrece playas, hay villas muy bonitas, una zona antigua militar con restos arquitectónicos (faro y batería) y es donde se halla el pabellón dónde se celebra el Festival de Cine).

Experiencia maravillosa. Estamos muy contentos con nuestra elección de este B&B. Tiene mucho encanto, recién reformado, espacioso y muy limpio. De fácil acceso y situado en una zona tranquila. ¡El lugar perfecto!

Los anfitriones Stefano y su madre son excepcionales. El desayuno es increíble, incluyendo tartas caseras. La casa es lindísima, de ambienes amplios y muy cómoda, en una zona tranquila y agradable. La limpieza insuperable. Está a pocos metros de la estación de ferry que te lleva en 10 minutos a la plaza de San Marcos con un agradable paseo por mar. Volvería y recomiendo.

The room was very nice, clean, in a classic Venetian style. The fact that we had a private bathroom was a huge plus for us. Paola is super nice, very helpful if you need any tips on getting around Venice or getting to the airport.

The villa itself is stunning, the apartment was very beautiful, large, comfortable, clean, and it had everything we needed. We didn’t want to leave. The dog was very sweet, I wish we saw her more :)  parking was super easy right on the street. About 10 minutes walk to the vaporetto to get to the center, so you’re close to everything and even closer to the Biennale.  We got fish at the local market and we were able to bake it at home, which was excellent. You are two minutes away from the beach. The weather was warm. We were even able to swim, it wasn’t too cold.  it was very nice and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had kitchen towels, dishwasher with dish tablets, and salt and some sugar, Nespresso machine, so you could bring or buy some spices if you plan to cook. Make sure you make it to the terrace on the roof, it’s such beautiful view ❤️ Thanks to Alessandra, the host, we got on the correct ferry that carries cars, the one from Tronchetto not Punta Sabbioni.

Our stay at this charming villa was a welcome escape from the bustling crowds of Venice's tourist center. Located in the idyllic setting of Lido, it offered a serene respite that allowed us leisurely evening strolls, a perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of every venecian art and architecture exhibition. The villa's beautiful garden was an inviting sanctuary, providing the ideal backdrop for sipping aperitivos and indulging in fine wines with freinds on warm oktober nights. The tranquility of this oasis was further complemented by the gracious host, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enrich our experience with warm hospitality, even at late hours. In short, this guesthouse receives our wholehearted endorsement, and sure does so to everyone, not only during the peak tourist season but also on misty October days. The lido is a visit well worth for everyone, not only the readers of Thomas Mann's literature.
