Excellent location and apartment was very clean and well equipped. Melissa was very helpful. One note - anyone with mobility issues or small children may want to be cautious as far as the stairs to the loft, but they are shown in the pictures. Apartment was charming and perfect for our needs.

It was very clean, there was everything we needed. Maybe the appartment wasn’t in the city centre but its located near the bus stop. Beautiful view from the balcony!

We had a last minute change of plans and found the flat to be perfectly located for lake adventures. The host is easily reachable via whatsapp and helped us with arrival, extra keys, questions about the flat and the area. It is simply furnished, clean, air conditioned and paid parking is available nearby. Note that if you arrive by car, you must park in a paid lot. Restaurants and a small grocery are steps away. The View was just amazing, you couldn’t get better. The facility provided were great, bed was firm but comfortable, shower facilities were great 👍 I do love a good shower. Good location for drive into Cernobbio. Plenty of storage for clothes, lovely front balcony to enjoy a coffee or a glass wine and just have a peaceful moment to soak up the amazing views The host Sofia and Rita were absolutely lovely, very helpful at any moment during our stay. My only suggestion would be to have something more comfortable as a sofa in the living area, if people choose to be busy during the day around the lake and want to prepare food at the property & staying in during the evening. The seats are slightly uncomfortable. But definitely wouldn’t put me off from booking another stay at this lovely house. The property is in a high location and the owner did even offer to pick us up from the ferry terminal in Moltrasio, as to get to the house from the lake front involved probably a 20 to 25 minutes walk up lots of stairs. But also past a beautiful waterfall. Having a car is a definite benefit staying in this location
