The host was so lovely and kind, and the house has such a great atmosphere with all the plants. I felt really at ease and welcomed, as a solo female traveller I found this option so much better than a pricier hotel. With a balcony as well it was a great spot to spend the evening. Transport via auto-rickshaw with local rates and for a small fee the host can arrange meals as well. Absolutely amazing value for money and I would highly recommend.

The staff is so hospitable and caring, Bijoy, Alina and Deepa tend to their guests like family! Filling them in with spots one can visit around Trivandrum, arranging for travel (Both Tuk Tuk and Cab) and serve up mouth watering authentic South Indian food

The "palace" is really gorgeous. Very exotic, colorful, really interesting furnishings. Very "Indian". Super convenient to the airport. It's family-run, so I got to meet the whole family. Teen-aged children super enthusiastic, helpful, very fun. They ordered a meal for me - egg curry, which was delicious.
