La locolizacion es muy buena cerca de una playa grande, los desallunos son abundantes y muy ricos, inclullendo cosas hechos por ellos tipocos de grecia, y mucha cantidad, todo buenisimo, los dueños son muy atentos, y me sentia muy a gusto con ellos, el apartamento es bastante grande para el precio, me encanto, puedo seguir hablando mil marabillas porque me encanto mi estancia en este apartamento, os lo recomindo

Unique, picturesque surrounding in the middle of forest, hidden turquoise water beach! Morning coffee at the balcony feels very special and personal, breathtaking. Spacious brand new contemporary Designer's Vila interior, and pool area with sea and forest views! Welcomed and attended beyond expectations by lovely host, made us feel very important and five star experienced! We wish them pleasant summer, undoubtedly their business will be very successful, as they are professional, dedicated. They will give direction to all your demands, but we also hope every guest in the future pays proper care and respect, so we can preserve it, and give to our lovely hosts only good memories!

Lovely private villa with beautiful views and quiet location. It was beautifully decorated and felt like a home from home, the villa was spotless and was cleaned everyday by a lovely lady. Not a criticism but to enhance further experiences for others, a swing eggchair on the balcony would of been lovely and larger towels but all in all a perfect holiday! Tips. You need to be a confident driver to drive the roads

The apartment was almost perfect. The kitchen had everything you may need and maybe even more. Everything is perfectly clean. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The beach (a really nice one, btw) is just a 3 minutes drive downhill. You can also walk down there but it will require some effort to get back as the apartment is located pretty high. The name is Παραλία Αγία Παρασκευή. Mind, however that there is no shower there and no change rooms. The bed was superb. There is even a common washing machine downstairs. The owner is nice and friendly but unfortunately speaks only German, Greek and Polish as I was told. No English. But in spite of that we still managed to communicate somehow, so communication was not a big problem. After all the apartment was really nice so I'll definitely recommend. The one we stayed at consisted of a living room combined with a small kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a small bedroom and a balcony with a marquis sunshade. Free parking is right near the apartment. The nearby town of Perdika is also really nice with moderate prices at the local super market and nice tavernas. I especially liked the one with the parrot. The name is "Avli". Prices were moderate, service and food were perfect.

Perfect Location and great owner/staff. Very helpful and accommodating. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Nice views. Well-equipped kitchen. Nice pool area, never too crowded as there are not many apartments. The apartment was cleaned once a day. It's only 3 minutes walk to the beach, where you can have something to eat or drink at the camping. The village of Perdika is a 5 minutes drive. Special thanks to the owners of Kotsampasidis Bakery and the Black & White Cafe. For groceries, we went to the Fotiou Supermarket in Perdika which sells all the everyday items one is expecting to find. Syvota is 12 Minutes by car and Parga is 30 Minutes away. Overall a very pleasant stay, would definitely recommend it to everyone.
