The home was clean and spacious for our family. The host was very kind and communication was easy. We rented a car and the property had private parking next to the building. You could also park for free on the street if there was space. The location was perfect. We were less than a minute to a mini market to grab food. Tons of restaurants and shops in the area. It took us about a minute to get to the beach. The host was kind to leave us a bottle of wine that we enjoyed. The big plus was that we always had hot water and the water pressure was perfect. We absolute enjoyed our stay and I’m super happy that we booked this place.

Everything was great. Good location, new, well equipped apartment. There are a lot of restaurants and markets nearby. Owner Kostas was very kind and provided a parking place for us.

The pool was very nice and refreshing with a large BBQ area. Walking distance to beach and restaurants too. Cleaning staff kept entire building spotless.

Nice, modern apartment with very good interior, bathroom and kitchen very well equiped, we even had slippers for all guests. Location excellent, just steps away from the sea, and markets/restaurants/bakery. We also liked the check in with codes (no keys to lose somewhere). Overall a great stay.

worderful view and the size of the room was amazing. Bathroom was beyond any expectation. The room was super clean and the bathroom too. It was so easy to find and everything was super close. Breakfast-dinner-coffee-transport

The owner is very prompt in communicating and answering to all question. Air conditioners are located in every room (and were on when we arrived). Location is really great and equipped with all you need with appartment stay including coffee, water, oil and all basic coocking ingridients. Very, very clean! Wifi excellent!

The property has everything including safety. On top of that it's cleanliness is immaculate. It is walking distance to the seaside with bars and restaurants with bakeries 2 mins walk. The pool area securely locks for kids safety. Rooms equipped with insect screens. We highly recommend. Should we visit Perea again we will definitely come back to this property..
