Great location a few steps away from the beach. Bus stop into town just around the corner. Close to several places to eat and drink. Lovely clean room - spotless - and tea coffee and milk left in the room too along with the necessary bathroom bits. The host Zara was very helpful and had left nothing to chance. Would happily stay here again - recommended.

The location was perfect as the hotel was just 2 minutes away from the High Street, and some of the attractions were close by

The place was very clean the host was very accommodating had a great breakfast every morning room cleaned every day probably the best b&b I've stayed in I've stayed at a few over the years I would highly recommend to any one wanting to stay in Southend already booked another room with them for September looking forward to staying there again

The apartment was beautifully clean, decor was great, and we had everything we needed and more. It is so lovely. On arrival there was milk in the fridge, as well as cold drinks. A bag of ice in the freezer! Wow they had thought of everything. There was also a bowl of fresh fruit in the living room. The apartment is bright and spacious. With off street parking. Seriously what more could you want. Honestly I would score 11 if I could. It was a short walk to the high street, where there are lots of lovely restaurants and pubs. We booked for our sons wedding, which was postponed, but we decided to have a short break anyway, so pleased we did. Definitely booking for next year.

Great place to stay, delicious breakfast, outstanding service. We had a room with a balcony offering stunning views. Very clean, quiet place, very comfortable bed. Perfect stay, would definitely recommend visiting. Hopefully will visit again:)
