Phil and Edna were excellent hosts. Phil was able to recommend local cafes/pubs/restaurants and had a good selection of information regarding local attractions on display. The breakfasts are lovely, with something to please anyone. Edna keeps the rooms/ensuites spotlessly clean. The location is very close to the town, but surprisingly quiet.

Breakfast was lovely. Choices of cooked breakfasts, or toast, cereals, jam and marmalade. Fruit juice, tea or coffee. Everything was bright, and very clean. Kay and Chantelle made us feel very welcome

Great place, excellent location especially with the views of the mountains and the sea. The rooms were clean and tidy, really comfy room. The owners Mark and Fiona were very friendly helpful, made us feel welcome. Also, the breakfast I must say was spot on

Everything. Hosts are extremely warm and hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They were there to receive us and Dan also gave us a complimentary drop to the station and we are very grateful for that . Kitchen is well stocked with oats , olive oil , balsamic vineagr , salt pepper milk coffee tea , coffee pods , hot chocolate and plenty of cleaning material . We cooked a lot. Induction stoves and extractor are super. Utensils excellent. Shower is superb too. Super flow of hot water . Bed and bath linen are high quality. A wonderful stay . Immense gratitude for Dan and Aggi. Very safe and comfortable place , located perfectly to explore Llandudno and north wales . Bus stop is a minute away , as are supermarkets and shops .
