Beautiful decorated and it was very clean. The beds sleep very well. The bedrooms are surprisingly very quiet. And Anne here hospitality is kind and thoughtful.

It was a great experience to be staying in a caravan. The unit is clean, towels are crisp clean, all necessary kitchen utensils are available, wifi is strong, good water heaters, beds are comfortable and the host Peter is very kind and nice! The nearest bus station is about 12 mins walk. It will take you an hour to travel going to the city center, but you get to see the neighboring towns and see interesting sights. Overall, we had a relaxing stay in the caravan.

Chris and Sinead were incredible hosts and made us feel at home from check-in. The breakfast each morning was something we looked forward to each day. It was restaurant quality (wife asked for a recipe) and the soft background music (personal note here) was spot on. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The property is located near a bus stop, so getting around isn’t an issue. Lastly, it’s a 2 minute (max) skip down to the beach. It’s one block away.

The house is within walking distance of the beach and the fine cafes of Portobello. The town centre is easily accessible by bus or on foot. Lynne and her husband are the perfect Scottish hosts. Lynne went out of her way to make us feel at home as guests. The breakfast was very rich and very tasty with lots of homemade goodies. We also really enjoyed the morning talks and good travel tips. After a long day, we fell contentedly into the super comfortable beds and slept perfectly. We will definitely come back and recommend the house. Thank you so much Lynne!

Everything! It was easy to find the place and the check-in was very simple. The location, the view from the apartment is amazing. It was a bit far from the center, but worth it. It was such a cozy and beautiful apartment. We had a great time there. I wanted to stay more! Not gonna lie I want to live in a place like this. The host was also very kind and friendly. If I go to Edinburgh again, I would like to come back and stay here again. 🥰

The host was absolutely lovely and very accommodating, being at the property when we arrived to show us around. The property was xlean and well laid out. Very suitable for our stay whilst attending a concert in Edinburgh Town centre.

I loved absolutely everything at this place. Helpful hosts with all recommendations, rooms, fully equipped kitchen, tidiness, cleanliness, peaceful atmosphere, and location, just 15-20 minutes from the center by bus . The house is 2 minutes from the bus station. House rooms are well-designed and make you feel as if you are staying at home. Very comfortable beds, one bedroom with own bath room. The hosts have left so many sweets, and candy, coffee, tea, oil, spices...Very kind from their side and our mood in the morning was very nice drinking the coffee. with such delicious cakes. And we could prepare the meal in the big kitchen :-) .The house is in a small district, Not far is the beach, where you could walk near the sea. Without any doubt, if and when I'm around, I'll be returning back. I've traveled the world a lot - very highly recommended place! Take my word for it. All my friends loved absolutely everything at this house.
