This is a cozy studio with all that you need to have a comfortable stay. It's perfectly set up for two people with a good size dining table and a shelf that can be used as a desk or for other purposes and still has space to move around. The location is close to many restaurants and walking distance to the sights we wanted to see. We used this to rest for two days before we returned home from a 3.5 week trip and the studio exceeded our expectations. Sandrine was very helpful and printed out forms that we needed but I had lost. Thanks, Sandrine!

We really enjoyed our stay at Joli Apartment, it was very comfortable, clean and warm. It was tastefully furnished with plenty of equipment for your stay, it was lovely to have the outside space to relax. Parking was just in front of the flat, although we walked or used the bus and tram which was conveniently close by. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Brest is a lovely place, friendly and lots to offer, looking forward to our next visit.

Very practical location just a 2 min walk away from the newly developped Capucin complex which had lovely amenities & from where we could take the telepherique straight into town. Alternatively lovely walk to town only 15 min away. Really peaceful area and nice views. Modern apartment felt like home immediately Will come back !
