The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The reception was friendly and super helpful with excellent tips on how to get to the center and the old town (Casco Viejo) very easily, and even great recommendations on where to get the best pintxos. An excellent experience overall.

She’s hospitable, friendly and gave us lots of useful information. To be honest, I’d really much like to book this one again for its wonderful service next time. This hotel is in a great location, on the edge of the Old town, a two minute walk to the most popular bars and restaurants. it has a supermarket next door but is also a quieter section of town. The hotel is very comfortable and is decorated in a clean fresh modern style.
