- great location, almost at the beach, bus stop is just around the corner, close to the airport - well designed, clean apartments, modern equipment - cleaning service on demand without any extra cost - the guys at the reception were friendly and helpful - we could store our luggage there before check-in and after check-out

Firstly the staff are fantastic!! Couldn't do enough to ensure we enjoyed our stay and had every comfort. The apartment was very beautifully decorated, modern and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect, just 2-3 minutes walk from the Placa where you find all the food, entertainment and shopping. I very happily highly recommend choosing Samaritana Suites for you short or longer stay.

We liked Palma Suites a lot. Our room was clean, bright, airy and spacious. Well appointed and had everything we need including modern amenities like a dishwasher and washing machine. The hotel location is very convenient as well that restaurants, tourist places and stores were all walking distance from it. The staff are happy to receive us and offered exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was good too. We will definitely check-in Palma Suites when we're in Palma De Mallorca again!
