The Stadtvilla seems newly renovated, the room was very nice, clean and spatious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom, the kitchenette, the textiles, all have quality details. The location in central Altstadt is perfect, the hosts are kind and helpful, and there is free parking. We stayed in room no 8 which also has a beautiful balcony overlooking Nicolaikirche and the rooftops. We would definitely stay here again, if we come back to Rostock in the future.

The apartment is amazing. Spacious rooms and very well equipped kitchen. I love backyard for the morning coffee and evening wine. Real vacation home! So cozy and with style. Really loved it.

It's one of those cliches to say I wish I could give it 11 out of 10 so just to avoid that I would rate this apartment as 12 out of 10. We absolutely loved staying here, a short walk from the tram from the station in a small peaceful square right in the heart of the city. The apartment is quiet, spacious, very well appointed with everything you need and stylishly furnished. Literally a couple of minutes on foot from the city centre with it's charming ambience and splendid Christmas Markets. We loved Rostock and would definitely stay here should we visit again.

Quiet place, parking lot for free just by the building. Supermarket NETTO just round the corner. Nice big balcony /terrasse - no rain could pour inside. Very well equiped flat - it could be possible to live there for months :-)

Lots of room. Very big bathroom with large walk-in shower. Living room/ dining area very spacious. Good cooking facilities and problem with hob sorted in minutes.

Modern, very well furbished and fully equipped flat, very convenient location, right by the harbor, within walking distance to both university and town center. Also close to trams if needed. Communication with the owner was made a tiny bit more complicated by the fact he was out of town that week, but he did organize everything for key pick up etc, so it was really no problem. Very pleasant contact and we appreciated the recommendations for food. We loved the rooftop window just over the bed!
