Claudia was wonderful and very accomodating when our flights were cancelled and we couldn’t arrive until a day after expected. Our luggage was also lost and delivered to Kinkumay after our check out - after lots of drama it was lovely for everything to be so smooth at Kinkumay! Thanks for everything, we’ll be back!
