The villa is newly built, perfectly clean and cozy. The room is lovely, comfortable and looks better than in the photos. It was cleaned every day. The bed is convenient and the blackout curtains and air conditioning help kept the cool temperature inside. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the city and the mountains, and also to the inner courtyard with a small lemon garden and palm trees. A convenient location for exploring all the surrounding places, and a little away from the center, which creates coziness and comfort. The breakfasts were tasty, special, nourishing and fresh, taking into account the wishes of the guest. Traditional products, fresh fruits and sweets of their own production. Very sincere and friendly owners. They tried to create the most comfortable conditions for us, always helped, makes our stay special and recommended many places to visit. We will be happy to come back here again. We really felt there like at home. It exceeded our expectations. And we recommend you stop here without hesitation.

I had an incredible time at Joyo's apartment as a solo traveler. Erald and his mom were incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay, even assisting with currency exchange and being flexible with payment. Erald is easily reachable on WhatsApp, responding promptly and encouraging me to contact him for anything I might need. The apartment and the entire building were exceptionally clean, with fresh-smelling bedsheets and towels. The location is excellent, just a 15-minute walk from the main bus station (I traveled from Tirana to Sarande by bus), 3 minutes from supermarkets, 15 minutes from the city center, and I discovered a beautiful beach just a 10-minute walk in the opposite direction from the center. The affordable price matched the high quality of the stay. I highly recommend this apartment for couples, solo travelers, and even families. I can't find anything negative to say about my stay.
