The breakfast provisions provided ie. croissants butter jam etc were unexpected and much appreciated as we had an early tour the following day. Having a self contained apartment was great especially having a washing machine and being located next to a laundromat meant we could dry our clothes in good time. The apartment is well appointed with everything we needed.

The location was super central, a few minutes walk from everything. The apartment was good, we had enough space and it was clean. Also the facilities of the apartment were good, such as electric outlets and lights. Most importantly, the staff were nice and kind, helping us with our issues and even giving us a small souvenir. The apartment was right in the centre of Oviedo and overlooked the cathedral. It was a very short walk to restaurants and the park as well as the old town. It was on a very pretty square. The apartment was really clean and well maintained. A lovely lady welcomed us and showed us the apartment. Parking was only 4 minutes walk away at the cost of 17 euros per day.

The property owner was responsive and helpful in communicating and making our stay so pleasant and comfortable. The apartment is wonderful and each of the bedrooms are very spacious with comfortable, full size beds. It's well decorated and the other furniture is comfortable as well. Everything worked well and the location is fantastic - just steps from the Parque San Francisco, the Mercado Central and Fontan and in the historic center. I was visiting with my husband, parents, and aunt, and it was ideal for us to share. I highly recommend it.

The host constantly made herself available and made sure we were happy. The flat was super clean and tidy. In a very safe neighborhood, very green, quiet and pleasant. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need for a shorter or longer stay: kitchenware, flat screen TV, Internet connection. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, very careful to our needs. We felt great and had a wonderful time in Oviedo. Thank you!IleanaGroup

It has a bubble bath on a roof terrace and sun bed, but the washing basins are in the main room next to a big flat TV. Very small second bedroom with two tiny beds. Looks to me like a party apartment.
