This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay in a perfect location - you could not get more central! The restaurant was fantastic and staff all friendly and helpful - they even packed us a lunch box to go when we had an early morning flight - which was delicious! Worth the effort
Creel is the ideal stopping off point if you want to see more of the canyon than you can from the train. There is also plenty of tour and activity options that are easily arranged, and bus options from here through to Chihuahua if you want to leave in the morning to arrive before dark.

Good place to leave the train. Bus link to Chihuahua runs every two hours and takes about 5 hours. Spectacular scenery, but day is more than enough.
