Absolutely loved every minute of my stay at Chalet Queen! The property is very nice, comfortable and clean rooms. The staff is warm and friendly with great recommendations for things to do around. The restaurant within was great too, the chef and staff made sure I tried traditional regional dishes and I loved them! Highly recommend Chalet Queen for staying in Canazei, and to travel around Dolomites.

Breakfast was very good - a combination of self-service and on request food. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel - all with delicious food and impeccable service.

The hotel is exceptionally well run, the staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was extensive and top quality, probably the best we have ever experienced! Also the half board dinner was delicious, beautifully presented and excellent value. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again in spring to enjoy the fantastic indoor/outdoor spa facilities. A big thank you to the Bonfanti Team for making our stay so memorable.

Nestled in the Puster Valley, this Alpine-style hotel is a 3-minute walk from the centre of Villabassa. It offers a restaurant, garden and free parking. My wife can only eat gluten and lactose-free. After we first went to the restaurant and informed the staff about these needs, they remembered it and immediately offered to create extra meals for her. The room was spacious and had a big balcony, with mountain view.

Very cosy hotel with a unique atmosphere, comfortable beds, delicious food! Personnel is very attentive and polite, and I had the one of the best showers in my life 😇 which was just what I needed after a long day! Breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious! View from my room was amazing and waking up to it really made my day 😍

Breakfast was excellent, including freshly squeezed fruits or vegetables, fresh pastry etc. Perhaps only a few more items to put on bread (like there were no vegetables) would be even better. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Outside sauna with outside hole in ice was great.
