Habitación muy grande, limpia y confortable. Fuimos al resort básicamente para poder hacer snorkel en el Mar Rojo. Desde la playa del hotel se puede acceder a un precioso arrecife de coral con muchísima vida marina. Desde el hotel se puede llegar andando a la playa de Marsa Mubarak, dónde puedes nadar con tortugas carey y si tienes suerte poder ver dudongos. El buffet enorme y muy variado. No nos solemos alojar en este tipo de alojamientos, pero nos sentimos muy a gusto.

Nuestra estancia en Solymar ha sido inmejorable. Engy, de guest relations, ha hecho que nos sintamos como en casa, siempre súper pendiente de que estuviésemos disfrutando y no nos faltase de nada. Las instalaciones, los restaurantes, el grupo de animación, la limpieza… todo perfecto! Repetiríamos sin dudarlo y se lo recomendaremos siempre a quien quiera visitar el Mar Rojo. ¡Muchas gracias a todo el personal del hotel!

El lugar se encuentra muy cerca de la playa para bañarse en el Mar Rojo. Mohmed es muy servicial y te ayuda en todo lo que necesites. El apartamento tiene todo lo que se requiere para la estancia.

Your property is rated a 5 star. I give you 7 stars. Mauritius can not even compete with you. I visited in August and in December 2022 it was even better and service exactly the same. A big thank you to chef Mohammed Moosa and Hanan. Your food on a daily basis on the regular buffet was amazing and Christmas Eve and New Year was out of this world delicious! The food not only looked good, it tasted delicious to. There was everything your heart could desire. The presentation was outstanding. Thank you to my waiter that served me every morning Yousry Khamis. Your friendliness, attention to detail and service was outstanding.

Desde el primer momento, disfrutamos de todas las grandes cosas que nos ofrecia el hotel, las instalaciones son impresionantes, Waleed nos trató de una forma excepcional nos mostro todas las instalaciones, todas las opciones que teniamos para disfrutar del hotel, las comidas son muy variadas y las bebidas en las piscinas siempre disponibles, sin duda un lugar totalmente recomendado, el hotel tiene una playa de mas de 100 metros donde puedes caminar observando la vida marina del mar Rojo, es increible. Todas las personas nos trataron muy bien en todos los lugares, la habitacion tenia vista al mar rojo y con un balcon para comer ahi, que buenos momentos disfrutamos ahi. Todo el hotel y el personal es ideal. Se preocupan mucho por tu bienestar y te preguntan a diario si todo está bien y si pueden hacer algo por ti. Las piscinas climatizadas una gozada, meterte en el agua a 28 grados es ideal, en España incluso en verano cuesta entrar al principio porque el agua está algo fría, con las piscina climatizadas es muy agradable. Los niños disfrutaron mucho del parque acuático sin ningún tipo de colas. De hecho no había colas en ningún sitio, ni piscinas, ni tumbonas, ni comedor...disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia y repetiríamos sin duda. El personal muy atento, en especial Halin de recepción fue muy amable dejándonos estar en la habitación hasta las 14:00 el día de partida.

My family and I spent 2 weeks in Sinbad Club Hotel in June. Let me tell you a bit about our delightful stay. We are a family of four and decided to rent a family suite. Our suite had two decently sized bedrooms, a single bathroom and a small hallway connecting the rooms together. Both rooms had their respective balconies outlooking the main pool. The AC units were working well. We were very happy with the housekeeping – our butler Sami was excellent! He was very friendly, polite and cleaned our room meticulously every single day. Fresh towels, for both the room and the beach, were brought to us every day. So no need to bring any towels along, as they are provided by the hotel. The hotel has 2 main pools. One of the pools is your regular pool, surrounded with sunbeds (make sure to reserve your sunbeds early morning as they get packed quickly.) The other pool is more of a “lazy river” style pool – note that this pool is not very deep (max depth is 1.6m). There is pool options for the kids as well. All hotel guests are welcome to use the Sinbad Waterpark that consists of about 9 slides (out of which 7 are for adults). We had so much fun on the slides – it was all safe and guarded at all times. Hotel’s private beach is located about 350m from the hotel – within a walking distance, but there is a shuttle provided for everyone unwilling or unable to walk. The beach was beautiful and sandy with comfortable sunbeds. Due to the opening of the new nearby Serry Hotel, the Sindbad Hotel beach has been unfortunately split into two – half of the beach is for Sinbad and the other half for the Serry Hotel guests. They should provide with more of the parasols for the Sindbad guests! As for the food, we had an All-inclusive package – including breakfast, lunch, dinner, brunch, snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from 8AM til midnight. Gusto and Botanica are the two main open buffet-style restaurants. There are 3 a la carte restaurants (Asian, Italian and Lebanese) as well

It was our second stay at this hotel. It was even better than first time one year ago, which was also exceptional. The hotel is clean, well maintained. I want to appreciate especially the staff - everybody is so kind, smiling, helpful. The food in main restaurant is tasty, waiters and cooks are hardworking, We visited also other restaurants for dinners that were for free -mediterranean, italian, asian, mexican -the food and service was excellent. The pools in march were heated -family pool, aquapark pool. Aquapark is well organised, the staff is doing very good job. The beach is nice. The room was spacious , wifi is everywhere.

The property is fabulous with exceptional management. Mr. Amit, the general manager and his whole team ensured we had a memorable stay.

We enjoyed everything in the hotel. The food was delicious and we had a good variety of different food every day. The room was nice and it had AC, which was helpful in the heat. The staff was nice and helpful, they were preparing early breakfast for us before 5AM for our day trips. Special mention to Helmy, who was very helpful and was trying to help us with everything. Thank you very much

Muy bonito hotel, buffet variado, tener la oportunidad de hacer snorkeling en una parte de la barrera coralina bien conservada. personal atento y respetuoso, los shows por la noche eran divertidos y familiares. Tuvimos la oportunidad de cenar fuera del area de comedor del buffet lo que hizo nuestra estancia màas romàntica. Gracias al staff Tropitel

Me gustó el hotel y todos sus servicios , lo que me decepcionó es que al decidir hacer la reserva en sus fotos aparecía que estaba o tenía playa , y no fué así , me incomodó porque yo quería playa , por lo demás , feliz!

Excelente instalaciones. El servicio al cliente excepcional. Muy bien pensado para descansar en familia. El Administrador genial. Nos permitió salir más tarde, para esperar nuestro vuelo.
