The room and lodge were spotlessly clean and kept that way all week. I was able to flush toilet paper which is not a given on Providencia. The host was extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast at Big Mama's was fantastic! I loved the location on Santa Catalina - no motorized vehicles and a bit away from the hustle and bustle of town but still easy walking distance. Crossing the bridge was a great way to come down from a long and exciting day of island activities. There were a few restaurants and mini marts nearby to get things if you didn't want to cross the bridge.

We stayed in 4 other places and all them failed to answer to us before arriving, let alone writing us first. During our stay, they were very kind in giving us tips on what activities to do and contacts of people to call to. Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was good and location too. We recommend it.

Jenny and Jairo were just amazing. They treated us like family and helped with everything we needed without being pushy. The room was super clean and well maintained. We could rent a scooter from them which was really convenient. Thanks Jenny and Jairo for all the help and the hospitality!

We really wished we could stay longer at this wonderful place!
