Everything is perfectly designed and combined with the modern age. The staff is very kind, very professional, and I would especially single out Anja, Romano and Timo from the reception, Zoran from the Spa center and the younger guy from the restaurant ( during breakfast time). We are definitely coming again in January.

The hotel was warm, friendly, and incredibly well decorated. This was a comfortable place to spend a holiday.

Edda provided us everything we needed and gave all the tourist tips for Bad Gastein and the surrounding area, organized everything with great care and prepared an incredible breakfast every day.
