The property is around 42 km from Olma Messen St. Decently sized appartment with kitchenette and terrace (only the 2 top floor apartments have a private terrace), tastefully decorated and equipped with all necessities. Very comfy firm mattresses and king size bed. Seating area inside the apartment and on the deck. A/C to cool or heat. If we needed anything the staff made sure to cater to our wishes. Breakfast buffet from 7.30am every morning (top floor terrace with views)can be booked for a small fee and has a good selection of food, catering for various dietary requirements and tastes.

Seehotel Villa Linde enjoys a unique location above the harbour in Bodman-Ludwigshafen, offering a great view of Lake Constance. Serine location with an incredible view of the Bodensee. The room was extremely spacious, luxurious, and not left wanting in any way. The breakfast was very good, the staff were friendly and having secure underground parking is a good bonus. The hotel is located within a few meters of the Bodensee itself, good restaurants, as well as some great hiking trails where you can see some ancient ruins.

I was in the annex, which is detached/away from the main building (and thus restaurant). But thanks to this, my room was extremely quiet, which was great. Fresh fruits in the room was also a plus. The sauna was very nice and had everything one can expect.
