The attention of the hostess was exceptional! She was extremely helpful, answered all our questions, gave perfect advise how to get to the airport, stored our luggage and even offered breakfast at 6:15 (!) On the day when we left for torres del paine. Breakfast and room leave nothing to wish for.

It's a bit of a walk to the town, but we went there to do laundry. We didn't want to walk to town again that night for dinner, so we ate at the hotel. We thought the dinner was very good, as was the service.

We were given one of the "quietest rooms" on the first floor and once the traffic died down it was reasonably quiet. We had some nice drinks in their bar area when we returned from our dinner outing.

The hotel is located outside Puerto Nateles close to the shoreline, It's a perfect hotel with an excellent restaurant. We booked a 3 bed room which was really great with a very nice view on the bay. The hotel has a large private car parking area in front of the house. Quality of the food (breakfast & dinner) was outstanding. We can only recoomend this hotel!

The rooms are comfy and cozy, the breakfast is awesome at start early which is ever greater considering a lot of tours leave early, water is hot, WiFi is stable, the dogs (or pirañas:)) are hilarious and within this budget range it’s an absolute winner!

We ate breakfast and dinner here. Bed was huge and so comfortable. Hotel decor was outstanding—Scandinavian style, natural, simple elegance.
