A wonderful guest house in a wonderful location. The owner is so kind and the beds are super comfortable. There's a bathroom in every dormitory and each dormitory has only four beds. There's only one shower though and it's shared, but that wasn't a problem at all. The shared kitchen/living room is really cozy as well and I've only met great people while staying here. You can also wash laundry and go up on the roof to watch the stars. I love it so much I want to come back!

El Otaornai Backpacker's Hostel Morinoki es gratuito para viajeros independientes en Hokkaido Otaru. No es bueno para grupos pequeños o familiares. love the host family with a lovely cat and a lovely dog!! so cute to play with! many decorations and books to read through! nicely prepared self brand souveniors, I bought a stamp collection book and collect stamps directly from the host and for my remaining trip! The entire house and the room so warm that i know most wooden furnitures were built by the host! so amazing! i also love the local cooked breakfast! so warm! wonderful at high elevation to enjoy the city and mountatin views!

El Niseko Backpackers Hostel Tabi-Tsumugi se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie de la estación de tren JR de Kutchan y ofrece alojamiento sencillo con camas extralargas. Ryo was an amazing host. He shuttled us to the mountain every day and was a great help. Although the property is so conveniently close to the train station, my friend and I still managed to almost miss our train to Sapporo… Ryo saved the day and drove us to the train station, carried both of our massive luggage bags up to the ticket booth, and helped us buy tickets just in time!

The Toya está muy bien situado en el barrio de Toyako Onsen, Lago Toya, a 41 km de Estación de tren Muroran, a 41 km de Estación de tren Higashi-muroran y a 46 km de Hirafu Station. Was a nice quiet hostel by Lake Toya and only a minute walk to the village and lakefront. I went when it was quiet in the town so I had a whole room to myself. There’s also a restaurant on the bottom floor which is open until late and the staff are very friendly had a nice long conversation with them and felt very welcomed! Good facilities too: shower, bath, fridge and sauna!

Very close to the city center, within walking distance. The room has everything necessary for a comfortable stay: a small refrigerator, shower, toilet, sink, kettle, flashlight, lamps, a pleasant view from the window. The hotel staff is very polite, they told us about the attractions and answered accompanying questions.

The communication with the owner was very easy and I always received a fast reply. The rooms were clean and the Tatami mats and fouton beds very comfortable. All shared rooms were very clean as well! Highly recommend this place.
