We were a day early because our flight did managed to arrive on time inspite of delays, we were given a room same as the one we booked so we did not have to change rooms. Front desk were efficient and very friendly. Thank you! We can recommend the hotel highly! Great location to one of the biggest mall which is only 15 mins away on foot. Safe location too! All the hotel staff were very friendly! If ever wewill be avle to stay in Santiago again, I would not hesitate to choose this hotel!

Situato vicino al centro commerciale Parque Arauco, l'hotel offre camere climatizzate con TV via cavo, una piscina all'aperto e un centro fitness aperto 24 ore su 24. Good variety with breakfast. Fresh fruit every day. The view from our room on the 18th floor was exceptional. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable. The location of the hotel is bar none, very safe area, close to shopping, restaurants, public transportation. Outdoor pool area is also great for the kids.

Hotel Pullman Santiago El Bosque has a gym and a pool with views of the city on the 18th floor, modern rooms and free parking. Breakfast was great, good fresh fruit, pastries , good coffee. Scrambled eggs were too soft/ runny, but apparently that is how South Americans prefer it since other hotels had the same. Reception always helpful and pleasant
