Out hostess was wonderful. She allowed us to check in early as we had a very long flight to arrive in Chile and wanted to nap. She provided us with a lot of information on the area and great suggestions for dining. The posada is quiet and beautiful with easy access to the vineyards. Breakfasts were delicious and the staff took great care of us.

The hotel is exclusive, located near Santa Cruz (5 min. by car). The breakfast is tailor-made to the tastes of its guests. Every night the hotel's staff contacted me through WhatsApp asking what time and what we would like to have for breakfast the next morning.

Santa Cruz is a really good base for exploring thr wine area. An interesting small town to walk around. Good restaurants and bars. There is a very good museum in town with lots of artifacts from all around Chile. Very well displayed and lots of information, we used google translate and visited twice during our stay as there was so much to see. Easy to travel to the many vineyards, we used uber to go to the restaurant at the Montes vineyard Fuegos de Alpata , the meal was fabulous. La Casita de Barrealas has an excellent menu and well worth visiting in walking distance of the town centre.

It's a great little town a little off the beaten path, but on a big enough path to appreciate what it has to offer.
The wine route that goes up the valley is fantastic, offering plenty of opportunities. The city square has good shops, a hotel, restaurants and conveniences all within easy walking distance. And the city maintains the sidewalks, street and park nicely.

Santa Cruz is in one of the main wine producing areas of Chile, with beautiful vineyards and scenery. It also has two excellent museums, the Museo Colchagua and the former hacienda at El Huique. Neither are to be missed!
Very clean, felt homey, the bedrooms were huge with comfortable duvets and TV's with Netflix and Google Chromecast. The self-service breakfast is HUGE and you can take it between 5-11am. The outside chill area is beautiful with BBQ facilities and a super friendly dog (Luna:). The staff are helpful and the kitchen was full-equipped and always clean. The property is 5 minute walk from the main square and super markets and very quiet to sleep at night. Highly recommend! Also, one of the cheapest places to stay in Santa Cruz
Cleanl, modern, well maintained. Great infrastructure, airconditioning, heating, high pressure hot water, safe on premises parking. Outstanding attention to detail, friendly owners and staff. Went out of their way to accommodate every request for information, neighborhood and sourrounding area sights and tips, recommend restauarants and sightseeing. Cristian,Mandy and mother have made their boutique hotel a hit! Located in the Santa Cruz / Lolol vineyard and restaurant valleys.
Nothing about that place was likable. She refused to refund any or part of the money even though the home was full of mold and no hot water. We had a child , 7 years old got exposed to all that toxin. That place ruined our vacation. We had end going to a hotel. I knew something was wrong when she demanded to get pay with cash the very first night. She refused to accept credit card. If you have money to loose or want to ruin your vacation, go to that garbage home.
The owners of the hotel were very kind and helpful. They helped me arrange visits to vineyards, including to small producers who I could never have found on my own. They also offered transportation services to these vineyards, which I appreciated since I did not have a car. The hotel itself was beautiful. I had a very comfortable room with a gorgeous bathroom that opened into a lovely courtyard. It was a little oasis perfect for catching up on work or relaxing.
The hotel is a perfect way to see Santa Cruz, the museum which is fantastic and other vineyards. Nice wine-tasting room (we didn't do any) and nice gift shops. The breakfast was huge and varied, very good coffee. We enjoyed the setting but needs a few more cozy sitting areas in winter or in the pouring rain, which we experienced since it was very early spring. In the evening, we had decent pizzas by the fireplace. The heating in the rooms was very good.
We really enjoyed our stay at Posada Colchagua. It is in a good location, not far from Santa Cruz. Our hostess, Leonor, was most welcoming and helpful. From the moment we arrived at the property to the moment we left she provided various touches that made our stay very pleasant. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were nice and warm. I am glad I chose Posada Colchagua to spend a few days in the Colchagua Valley.
Amazing hotel! Cozy, elegant, great design, amazing and helpful staff. Breakfast was great and served at your room. The beds were very comfortable, rooms really nicely decorated and intimate. The pool merges with a beautiful garden that makes you feel in a oasis. The staff even gave us a complementary glass of Rose in the pool. I definitely recomend this hotel and will go back in my future visits to Santa Cruz.
The rooms at Hotel Parronales are a fantastic value. The staff was kind enough to decorate the room for my partner's birthday, which we truly appreciated. Our room included an outdoor jacuzzi tub overlooking the vines. The bathroom & sleeping area were large and comfortable, and the rate included a full breakfast. The hotel also offers hot and cold outdoor pools, which we really enjoyed.
Service and the staff's attitude of service was above all.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with the Barrell shaped rooms, which are awesome, and the whole vibe in the middle of a wineyard.
SPA, food, pool, Hot tubs under the vineyards, you name it... whatever you need whenever you need it.
My family and I had a wonderful time!
Thank you!
Beautiful place nestled in a quiet neighborhood, perfect place to relax and unwind after visiting the nearby wineries and city of Santa Cruz. Mateo and Francisca take amazing care of you and provide you with recommendations for activities and wineries to visit. Highly recommend and can’t want to visit again soon.
The wine barrel rooms were so quaint and cozy. The bathroom down below was very spacious and had a winding staircase! It was awesome, just so much fun to stay in! They
stay included breakfast also. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had. Lots of pastries plus eggs, meat, fruit, yogurt and more!
Breakfast was excellent, complete with a live music performance! The hotel is well-located in the centre of Santa Cruz and really celebrates Chilean culture and traditions. Wonderful. Beautiful location as well, as well as the interior and exterior of the hotel, offering many places to relax and enjoy.
Beautiful grounds and lovely comfortable rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t do enough for us. Rented bicycles from hotel. They came well equipped with helmets, reflective vests, locks and water. Definitely would stay again.
Breakfast was excellent, the location of the hotel is central and Ricardo and his wife were very friendly and interested. If you want to feel yourself at your home, then you have to think about this choice
Simply one of the most beautiful locations I have been to. The staff is friendly, informative, and entertaining. It's a beautiful boutique hotel in a fantastic setting. The views are wonderful.
Our room was given a private bathroom to use. We had free bikes to take ourselves to the wineries. Nice and affordable place for exploring Santa Cruz, not far from town center
