My stay at the apartment was wonderful! It was at a very good location, very near the metro station Santa Rita with a supermarket nearby and a few nice places to eat. Feli had catered for everything, the bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very clean, well equipped and everything is new. It is also in a very quiet neighborhood. I definitely recommend it!

Feli was very attentive and welcoming. Her place is immaculate and situated within easy walking distance to public transport into Valencia.
Feli answered all our questions about the local area and advised us about best places to visit. She also explained in details the public transport system and even wrote down specific details.
She made sure we had parking for our vehicle as well.
We highly recommend Feli's place and if we come back to the area we would be happy to stay there again.

I didn’t go around too far as the hotel area is quite away from main attractions. The area looks very much like an industrial state with many big businesses around. This is not a tourist attraction area, so nothing much to see or do . Staying here for work is not a good idea as public transport is not good. City centre , which is about 20 min metro ride from here, has a few attractions, best of which is san Nicholas church. It has frescos all over the walls , size of the hall may be about 200 feet by hundred feet. Going to the new imax Cinema will take around an hour with multiple transport changes.

The bed was comfortable, the parking was free, the cleaning services were good, but as an overview the stay was not so pleasant for a 3-star hotel. No coffee after breakfast, no restaurant in the weekend, furniture in bad shape, nothing to see within the walking distance.

The receptionist was very gentle and explicative. The room was clean and tidy, even if we were on the side of the street it was very silent. The parking of the hotel it's not that big and if you arrive late you could find it full! But in the street right next to the hotel there are plenty of free parking. I will surely recommend it!
