We were pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the beds, great parking (near Vienna!!!), the newness of everything, and the very fresh rolls at breakfast! We were just passing through and really needed a good night's sleep. We got one!

The location - right in the center of town! Available public parking with a discount for the hotel guests. The breakfast was sufficient and delicious. The staff is kind, helpful and caring, especially Danielle and Tamara who helped us resolve some problems which were not connected to the hotel.

Room was nice and clean. Was more then we expected to be honest. Very comfortable. Parking infront of the hotel was very practical. Breakfast was realy nice, not to much choices but was fresh abd tasty. Service was very nice. We would recommend it and will be back for sure

Dead city feeling with odd people and unfriendly personnel at Spar express and Billa and gas stations that no one speaks other than German. If it wasn't for business I would not have ever travelled there. Even at the main train station when you buy coffee people are oddly unfriendly and getting 50c change for the bathroom is a chore both in language and culture aspects. My air conditioner did not work, had the technician come to the room and check, he said just open the window, which is appaulingfor a 4 star hotel. That person should seek another line of work, the reception staff were very good. House keeping was average

The old town has a nice relaxed vibe to it.
The old town has a nice relaxed vibe to it. Streets and squares are full of open air cafes and restaurants. Good for a lazy stroll or relaxed drink under the umbrella. The old town is pretty much one big pedestrian zone, so lovely walks. Since we had our dog with us, we loved the fact the city park was right in the middle of everything.

Even electric kettle there was shining like a new from the inside, never seen it in other hotels. there was a kitchenette and all the utensils we needed. No real-life interaction with anyone was great (at least for me as an introvert) - we got an sms with codes/instructions how to check in ourselves a few hours before our arrival. The family room on the 5th floor is spacious enough for 4 people (2 in the lounge and 2 in the bedroom) and would be appropriate for a longer stay as it has a kitchenette with kitchenware, a stove top and oven, a refrigerator and microwave. There's even a rooftop 'terrace' :)
