He has been kind to me from the first contact and when I met him personally he was friendly and willing to help, he gave me good advice. The apartment has an aesthetic that surprised me, very good taste. The bed was very comfortable and the cleanliness of the room was notable.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and well located! The balcony is also very nice. Micaela, our host, was very friendly and she helped us with everything we needed. She also transferred our luggage to another apartment because we had to make a last minute reservation for an additional stay and there was no availability in the same apartment.

They were always smiling, helpful and polite - one could not hope for more professional and welcoming customer service. Any problems or questions were answered swiftly and dealt with efficiently. Our room no.1402 was spotless and has a spectacular view over Recoleta cemetery. Breakfast was very good. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to everyone. She gave us lots of tips of places to see, where to eat, and how to get around easily. The apartment was spotless and safe. The central location provided easy access to sites around the city. The city bus system is easy to navigate and provides cheap, accessible means to get around. The city itself offers an interesting mix of history, culture, and ecology. Will likely visit again and reserve an apartment with Estela.
