The best hotel we've stayed at! Carolina and her husband were so lovely, the rooms were wonderful and the breakfast was muy muy rico! We really enjoyed our stay here, it was very close to the mall and to the metro so we could easily go around the city as well get food and things from the supermarket in the mall. Great location with the nicest hosts! We forgot to get cash for park entrance fees and they gave us some. They went out of their way to ensure we had a nice time. The rooms are nice and the shared bathroom is kept very clean.

Super nice place in a great location. I walked all the way from the city centre, but you could also take the metro, it's around the corner. The host is so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I really appreciate all the help he offered. I stayed there twice and would totally do it again. Another thing is that the apartment is full of antique things and it feels like you are in a museum. Very unusual, and it makes it even more special.

The place is in a safe area of Santiago so the location is good. Also, the host was very friendly. I had some issues with my flight to Santiago but the host tried to help me as much as he could and was also very responsive to my messages. The breakfast was also good! I would definitely come back when I get a chance to visit Santiago again.

The staff were professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of foods and great coffee. The outdoor terrace area offered a reprieve from the afternoon heat in Santiago. I would recommend this place.
