It was well equipped and had everything we needed, even had some bread and milk in the fridge! No worries about parking. Fit the four of us in very comfortably, I hope we can stay again.

Perfect for our one night stay. Would use again.

Absolutely gorgeous, spotless and very spacious accommodation. Perfect for our family of four for a five night stay. Excellent communication from Alisha from the time of booking until the end of our stay. She was very responsive and timely with any issues and questions we had. It is a great location so close to the airport. Surprisingly quiet inside the house. It was really nice to sit out on the patio and watch the planes landing. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Loved having a separate laundry room and a half bath on the ground floor. It was really nice to have dedicated parking spot right outside the house. Lots of restaurant options within a short distance. We will definitely stay again on our next trip!

We had such a lovely stay at Steps from O2 Apollo, Ox Road. Right from the start, George was super helpful and kind. Our train was cancelled last minute and he happily let us check in earlier, which really saved us. It made a stressful morning so much easier. The house was brilliant. Spotlessly clean, modern, and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and the living room was a great space to chill out in, especially with our little one who needs room to move around. It felt really homely. The location was ideal too. We were close enough to Oxford Road and Curry Mile to walk everywhere, but it was still quiet and peaceful. George's communication was excellent throughout. Friendly, quick to reply, and genuinely cared that we were comfortable. That made a big difference and we'd happily stay here again just based on his service alone. We left feeling relaxed and even a bit inspired to do up our own home. Would definitely book again!

It is clean,smells nice,has a garden,silence area,parking space,close to the city center (no need car to go there),close to the shops. Strongly recomand.
