Exceptional accommodation, so beautifully decorated to a high standard. Fabulous village so central. So many extras left to make our stay welcoming and comfortable. So enjoyed the cosy fire.

It was a lovely, quiet location with plenty to do. We were greeted by chloe the dog on arrival and had a brief tour of the farm. The accommodation was clean and cosy and the perfect size for a couple. The added little welcome pack (milk in the fridge and a basket of snacks) really made it. We I wouldn't hesitate to visit again :)

We were given a lovely welcome by Linda and her family, they really encourage you to see the working farm. Our little boy loved seeing the cows being milked and petting the calves. And the chickens walking around! The play area and pond were lovely additions meaning there's plenty to do on site. The room was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals and be comfortable. We'll definitely be back again. We stayed at the haven. We will definitely be trying the breakfast next time and maybe a different cottage as we stayed in the apartment with a little one so all in one room, so will try having him in his own room so we can have an evening. The pics on booking.com don't do it justice, the kitchen was fantastic. Really spacious with so many appliances even a bread maker.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue water Retreat! From the moment we arrived, our host Caroline was incredibly attentive and welcoming – nothing was too much trouble, and she made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. The caravan itself was absolutely lovely – spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. It really felt like a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Blue water Retreat to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-cared-for getaway. Thank you, Caroline, for making our stay so enjoyable!
