Wonderfull place with all the things you need like home. The appartment was fully equipped with all the things you need. Even cleaning products and the essentials for cooking. Very welcoming host and neighbours. We had a very pleasent stay and would reccommend it to everyone. Close to all the tourist attractions. The neighbours are the grandparents of our host and they are lovely. Also Alessia ( the host) is very helpfull and was always happy to help and answer our questions. Book this place because you will not regret it.

We came with a group of friends for 3 nights. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, the double bed is comfortable, the pillow is memory foam, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Everything is nearby, cafes, restaurants and the wonderful old town! I highly recommend it to everyone!!

We had an amazing stay! The hosts were absolutely wonderful—super friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions. The house was perfectly set up with everything we needed. The facilities were top-notch, including a washing machine and excellent air conditioning. It’s in a great location too—just a short, easy walk to the main street. Parking was convenient, and the view from the window was beautiful. Overall, a fantastic experience—we’d definitely stay again!

Fabio and his wife are very kind and prepared for us very comfortable space for relaxing. We enjoyed our stay every second. Kitchen and other rooms are fully equipped and clean. No problem with parking - privat place. Pool is sufficient, beach is very close.

Perfect Location & Amazing owner of the aparment! Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment is in a fantastic location — everything is within a 10-minute walk: a grocery store, an amazing ice cream shop, the train station, a bus stop, the beach, and even the city center. It couldn’t be more convenient! The owner of the apartment is, in one word, amazing. So kind and helpful — always ready to give advice about what to see and do in the area. Very flexible and easy to reach by phone whenever needed. Also, Monopoli is a great starting point for day trips to nearby towns — even if you don’t have a car! Places like Ostuni, Polignano a Mare, Bari, and Alberobello are all easily accessible by public transport. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a personal touch!
